Each week, the Noise highlights under-started names who he believes are destined to torch the competition. To qualify, each player must have started in fewer than 60 percent of Yahoo leagues. Speaking as an accountability advocate, I will post results, whether genius or moronic, the following week. Scoring thresholds (0.5 PPR) – QB: 18 fantasy points; RB: 12 fantasy points (10 for shockers); WR: 11 fantasy points; TE: 10 fantasy points.

You’re an Illinois-biased and obnoxious dunderhead who is horrendous at prognosticating, winning bets and simply living life.
You nailed it, hater.
There are disparagers out there who genuinely despise everything this boisterous voice does — whether it’s crafting opinions in text or spouting thoughts behind the mic.
To quote The Dude in “The Big Lebowski” — “Yeah, well, you know, that’s just like, uh, your opinion, man.”
Yes, Orange and Blue may pump through these veins, but every other millennium, this forecaster actually nails a prediction. See, for example, the Bengals’ Brown.
Designated a breakout candidate repeatedly in August by some punchable face, Brown has delivered on this believer’s hype.
A season-ending neck injury to Zack Moss vaulted Brown from a change-of-pace option to full-time starter. In the five games before Cincinnati’s Week 12 bye, the second-year back was the 10th-most valuable rusher in Yahoo fantasy, averaging 96.2 total yards per game while scoring three combined touchdowns. Equally attention-grabbing over the stretch were his 20 missed tackles, which ranked No. 6 among qualifying RBs.
Once distrusted in the passing game due to protection concerns, Brown has vastly improved in the area and developed into an invaluable check-down weapon for Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow. Targeted 23 times over the last three weeks, Brown has hauled in 19 receptions for 146 yards and a touchdown. His transformation into a viable three-down workhorse is bound to make him a staple on playoff-bound fantasy rosters.
Don’t let the Steelers' brand name fool you. Earlier this season, head coach Mike Tomlin trotted out a largely impenetrable defensive front. Coming unraveled over the past five weeks, Pittsburgh now ranks next-to-last in rush EPA defense. During that span, it's allowed a whopping 4.83 yards per carry, 127.0 total yards per game, six touchdowns and the sixth-most fantasy points to RBs.
Off the one-week siesta, reinsert Brown into your lineup with supreme confidence.

Similar to Brown, Pollard is a disrespected — yet highly effective — contributor who many fantasy managers stupidly continue to shun simply due to the logo emblazoned on the side of his helmet. Sure, the Titans have looming questions on offense, but the veteran rusher isn’t one of them. Despite running behind one of the worst run-blocking lines in the NFL, Pollard has craftily and creatively logged impactful production. He is No. 7 in YAC per attempt (3.54) and No. 19 in total missed tackles (28), according to Pro Football Focus, and he’s chipped in meaningful numbers in the passing game, having run 44.7% of his snaps as a receiver. Coincidentally, he’s No. 20 — one spot behind Brown — in 0.5 PPR fantasy points per game. Facing a Washington defense that’s bottom 10 in rush EPA D since Week 7, Pollard is a recommended RB2 in 12-team leagues. In their last five games, the Commanders have surrendered 4.90 yards per carry, 145.2 total yards per game, six touchdowns and the fifth-most fantasy points to RBs. Titan UP!

Bucky bank season is officially underway. Bucky Irving, the hard-running Bucs rookie, has gradually siphoned away touches from White and Sean Tucker in Tampa Bay’s three-headed RBBC. Now in control of the larger opportunity share, Irving has entered must-start territory for the foreseeable future. However, even with White operating as second fiddle, managers shouldn’t shy away from employing his services. Similar to Irving, the incumbent is a script agnostic RB who’s capable of doing everything. His RB34 standing in YAC per attempt (2.90) and RB45 placement in missed tackles forced (12) leave much to be desired, but by recording double-digit fantasy production in four of his last five games, White has proved to be useful. Encountering a Carolina defense that ranks rock bottom in rush EPA D should bolster his final Week 13 line considerably. The Panthers have surrendered 4.72 yards per carry, 162.8 total yards per game, 16 total touchdowns and THE most fantasy points to RBs. Throw a White wedding.
Fearless Forecast: 12 carries, 40 rushing yards, 1 rushing touchdown, 4 receptions, 29 receiving yards, 14.9 fantasy points
