Before we dive into the action, it’s important if you are betting these games, you understand the market and how preseason works.  3s and 7s are key numbers in regular season due to games ending on a last minute FG or TD.  In preseason, key numbers are 1 or 2 and 6.  Teams will do everything to not tie in a game.  So this would include going for 2 with no time left to prevent a tie.

Tennessee Titans (0-0) @ Chicago Bears (0-0)

This has been one of the pros favorites as this line pushed from a pick ‘em to Bears now favored by 3.5.  The Titans are going to have assistant coach Terrell Williams serve as the coach.  Could this be a reason why all the money has come in on the Bears?  I tend to view that as a positive for Tennessee as the coach may be more aggressive.  There is also a competition for 2nd string QB between Malik Willis and WIll Levis so we should see the best out of both of them.

New York Jets (0-1) @ Carolina Panthers (0-0)

Panthers -3.5

The Jets were a pro favorite in the HOF game last Thursday and came up short.  These pros are now backing Carolina with a majority of the handle.  This line has flipped from Jets -2.5 to Carlina -3.5 a huge jump and through multiple key numbers.  Carolina has a brand new regime in head coach and starting QB in Frank Reich and Bryce Young.  The logic appears to be backing Carolina with something to prove to themselves and their fans.

Philadelphia Eagles (0-0) @ Baltimore Ravens (0-0)

Ravens -4 to -5.5

Total 34.5 to 35.5

In case you haven’t paid any attention, the Ravens have won 23 straight preseason games.  Your safest play is probably the Ravens moneyline.  The spread has been all over the place.  It opened Balt -3, got bet up to -6 and now settling in the 4 to 5.5 range, depending upon the book.  With 6 being a key number, pros may have seeked a middle opportunity.  I grabbed the Ravens moneyline early and may buy back some on the Eagles +5.5

Jacksonville Jaguars (0-0) @ Dallas Cowboys (0-0)

Jags -3.5

Total 37.5

Pros are all over the Jags and the over in this game.  The Total is the big story as this opened 32.5 and now is 37.5.  The handle on the over is 90% but only 45% of the bets are on it.
